Galang

In 1991, Don visited one of the last refugee camps populated by the Vietnamese "boat people" who survived their desperate venture into the open ocean. Camp Galang was in Indonesia, not far from Singapore. These people have been repatriated or accepted by other countries, and the camp is now closed.
