This woman on a Kathmandu, Nepal street is not Nepalese, she's Indian. The Thamel section of the city has numerous women, babies in arms, asking for milk in exchange for photos. Asking for milk elicits more generous "donations." What few tourists realize is that the milk will soon be sold back to the store for cash.
