Tortuga Bay on NE end of the island of Culebrita, east of Puerto Rico in the Spanish Virgin Islands, is stunning. The island is uninhabited except for birds, deer, hermit crabs, and many huge Leatherback Turtles, including a baby heading to the ocean for the first time.
