Near Norman's Island in the BVI, three islands protrude from the sea. Unremarkable above the surface, they are a suba-diving mecca. Boats are held by mooring balls while their occupants scuba and snorkle. The underwater fish and coral are fascinating -- and their are no currents to worry about.
