Great Harbor at the island called Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands in the NE Caribbean is a great place to anchor. There is a customs office, a few small businesses and a famous restaurant called Foxy's -- all at the foot of a 1,000 foot mountain. Anchoring here is free.
